How are orders processed?

Orders are processed 24-48 hours after purchasing and ship out by USPS for both US domestic and international orders. You will receive a tracking number for your order once the package has been processed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major forms of credit card payment including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Additionally we offer payment through PayPal. For international orders, all shipping tariffs and duties are at the responsibility of the customer.

How are orders shipped?

Setgo ships to all 50 states within the US including all territories and APO/FPO. For international orders we have the capability to ship to every country around the world. USPS is our preferred shipping provider and all orders can be tracked through USPS.com. Buyers are responsible for payment of any shipping duties or tariffs required by their country. - US Domestic Shipping Rate + $8 by USPS Priority Mail - International Shipping Rate + $20 by USPS Priority Mail

What is your warranty policy?

Our products are made to the highest standard and craftsmanship. If your product arrived with any damage we will repair or replace it. Simply send us an email with your order #, full name, and the product issue. We will then process your warranty claim and send a return authorization code by email. Once we receive your return we will repair or replace your order given the nature of the product issue to be resolved. Note that we do not accept claims for products that have simply been through excessive wear.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Setgo will accept returns for orders placed through SetgoGear.com within fifteen days of the delivery date. In order to file a return email us with your original order information and then we will issue you a return authorization number. Items must be unused and come with all original packaging tags attached. Refunds will be processed once the package is received and depending on your bank it can take up to five business days for the credit to be reflected in your account.
